Date requests are ONLY being accepted via Regional Coordinators per the Rule Book. If your region is currently without a Regional Coordinator, please send your requests directly to e-mail, NOTRA scheduler until your region can nominate someone.
2.1.1 Submitting request for next year Master Schedule
Annually by November 14th, each Club shall submit a request in writing for next year schedule to the appropriate Regional Coordinator.
Regional Coordinators are to forward their next year's draft regional schedule to the NOTRA Secretary by December 1 of the current year for resolution of conflicts between neighbor clubs in adjacent regions.
The NOTRA Secretary will publish the NOTRA Master Schedule and mail and email it to all Club Representatives before the start of the new year.
If you do not seen your region or club listed with dates, the scheduling information has not been provided.
Please contact your regional director to have dates added to the calendar.
For changes in the schedule, including cancellations, please e-mail, NOTRA scheduler. Per the rulebook, you must also notify the appropriate registrars of cancellations.
