Forms that can be printed out for finish line judges. Some clubs have also had these printed as a notepad. Also available in Word format.
NOTRA Constitution
The NOTRA constitusion provides information about the structure of the organization and it's officers. A Word version is also available.

The NOTRA bylaws provide a little more in-depth information about the structure & running of the organization.
